501 C (3) and is in good standing. Our Constitution and By-Laws dictate our operation as we adhere to the following objectives of the Association.

• To help ensure the stability and growth of Christ Church Secondary School which contributes to academic excellence in Guyana
• To provide assistance to Christ Church Secondary School of Guyana
• To associate with any other non-profit organization involved in assisting Guyanese and others elsewhere
• To formally associate with the Guyana based Christ Church Secondary School Old Students Association or any Successor Organization
• Notwithstanding any other provision of these articles, The Association shall not carry on any other activities not permitted to be carried on (a) by an Association exempt from Federal Income tax under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law) or (b) by an Association contributions to which are deductible under section 170 (c) (2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or corresponding provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue Law).

If you were a student of CCSS of Guyana, (year of attendance, irrelevant), live in the Tri-State area and have not joined our Association, please sign up now. Please remember to encourage a friend too. We look forward to the continued development of this Association through your new and renewed membership. We ask that you come and become a part of this venture to lend support to our alma mater. Registration is the first step as "WE ASPIRE TO EXCELLENCE".
